Based in Greater Manchester, I provide a free local service for all those struggling with their debts.

These are formalised legal arrangements which results in you paying back only a proportion of your debts with the creditors agreeing to write off the balance.
- A proportion of your debt can be written off.
- Your debts are paid off in a fixed, usually five year, period.
- You make payments you can afford.
- You are given protection from creditor action.
I can help prepare the necessary information prior to submission of your IVA proposal. This can include a face to face visit in my office, your home or at a venue of your choice.
I charge no fees for this service.

In certain circumstances unsecured debt can be paid off by the raising of secured debt.
By doing this you should benefit from lower monthly repayments.
Assistance is given to find a broker who can secure the most appropriate deal and advise on the risks in turning unsecured debt into secured debt.
I charge no fees for this service.

In certain circumstances, an informal arrangement with creditors is a more appropriate solution than either of the above.
- You make a single monthly affordable payment.
- Negotiations take place with your creditors to freeze interest and charges.
- The plans are completely flexible to match changes in your own circumstances.
Advice is given on how best to implement such an arrangement whether this means doing it yourself, using a free service or by the use of a Debt Management Company.
I charge no fees for this advising on the most appropriate service.

I also give free advice where the options are limited to:
- Unsecured Loans - I can help organise loans to replace high interest-bearing debt.
- Bankruptcy, where there is little chance of paying any sort of reasonable sum towards the debt and there are few, if any, work/house/personal related issues
- Administration Orders (for debts under £5000)
The only time I do charge is if you want me to write letters to your creditors, or help you fill in bankruptcy forms.
